• Membership Eligibility.
  Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. Further, our services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended Overstock Direct members.
• Fraud Without limiting any other remedies, Overstock Direct may suspend or terminate your account if you are found (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our site.
• Your Information
  "Your Information" is defined as any information you provide to us in the registration, purchasing process, or through any email feature. Within 30 days of your purchase, items can be returned to Overstock Direct via UPS for a refund.

Either way, it's necessary to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Overstock Direct.
Obtaining an RGA number ensures that the return process is handled efficiently and that credits are issued in a timely manner. Follow the links below for more details on obtaining an RGA number.

Within 30 days of receipt of items purchased from Overstock Direct, customers may choose to return:

• Any new item in original packaging and condition.
• Any item received in a damaged or defective condition.
• Any item received in error.

You can be assured of fast, accurate delivery when you order from Overstock Direct.

Our primary shipping service is the United States Postal Service (USPS). We also use United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service and most orders arrive in 1-5 business days. At this time, Overstock Direct ships only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Look for this to change in the near future.

Delivery Time
Most Overstock Direct shipments arrive in 1-5 business days after UPS picks them up from our Distribution Centers. To ensure speedy delivery, please verify your shipping address before you submit your order. Please do not use PO Boxes for shipping.

To send your order as quickly and as safely as possible, we may ship items from the same order in separate boxes. You will not be charged additional shipping in this event.

Overstock Direct offers shipping Monday through Friday , except for certain holidays.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Overstock Direct ships some orders via UPS Guaranteed Ground Service and some through United States Postal Service (USPS). Before you submit your order on the Order Confirmation page, you will see a complete cost estimate for your order, including shipping and handling charges and taxes.

Where We Ship
Please note: At this time, Overstock Direct ships only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We will be adding shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and international addresses in the near future. UPS cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes, American Post Office Boxes or Foreign Post Office Boxes addresses at this time. Overstock Direct will ship orders to American Post Office Boxes and Foreign Post Office Boxes via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked.

Tracking Your Order
We will email you tracking information upon shipment. Please make sure your email address is correct.

Hazardous Materials
There are some parts and materials you may need to work on your car that cannot be shipped because they contain hazardous materials. These items include, but are not limited to, transmission fluid, brake fluid, batteries (which contain battery acid), most paints and other potentially dangerous items. Items of this nature will likely incur additional charges for shipping.

In the unlikely event you are subjected to fraudulent credit card use, you must first notify the card issuer in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

If the card issuer holds you liable for any of this $50.00, Overstock Direct will cover this liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Overstock Direct will cover this liability only if the fraudulent use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Overstock Direct while using our secure server.
